How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Transit times vary depending on the delivery address. Most ground shipments arrive within 3 to 5 business days on average. Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Holidays will impact transit time as well.
I don't like ordering online because I am worried about identity theft. What do you do to prevent that?
We do not store any personal data other than your order history and your billing address. All transactions are handled securely by Paypal. We do not store any credit card info and the checkout page is encrypted and ensured by Paypal to be secure and safe.
I don't have a paypal account. Do I need one to shop on your site?
No. While Paypal handles our secure transactions, you have the option to use Visa, Mastercard, American express or Discover as well paypal. Once you reach the secure page during checkout, there is a link at the bottom of the page to use a credit card.
If I am uncomfortable ordering online, can I call in my order?
Absolutely, we are happy to talk to our customers and take your order over the phone. We have a lot of return customers who call us rather than place their order through our website. Please leave a message if no one is available when you call. We will try to to get back to you within an hour or so. You can also use our contact page.
What if my shoes don't fit?
You can return any unworn shoes within 15 days of receipt of your order. As long as the postmark on your return is within 15 days of receipt, your return will be processed.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it normally takes us within 7 to 10 days of receipt of your return. We process returns on a weekly basis as a practice, but delays sometimes occur.
How will you use my email address?
We do not share any of your information with any other entities other than our suppliers and only when neccessary. For example,we will share your shipping address with them if we need them to ship all or part of your order. We do not share email addresses with any other entity unless you ask us to. We only use your emaiil to send you order confirmations and shipment confirmations. We may, occasionally send you an email with sale items or new items, but only if they are similar to items you previously ordered.
