At My Shoe Connection, we are committed to quality and great service. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Return any unused shoes or handbags purchased from us within 30 days for a full refund, if you are not 100% satisfied.
We only sell 1st quality merchandise, meaning everything is brand new directly from the manufacturer. If you receive an item with any manufacturers defect, contact us immediately and we will replace the items no questions asked. My Shoe Connection can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. We will also take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items due to defect.
Returns:
- Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose a copy of your original purchase order.
- My Shoe Connection is not responsible for the shipping cost of an item returned to us due to a size or color issue. We will gladly ship out the exchanged item free of shipping charges through UPS Ground or US Postal Service.
- Any item that is dyed or worn will not be refunded and is considered a final sale.

My Shoe Connection is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being undeliverable. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Damaged merchandise will be refunded to the originating credit card.
All dyed shoes are considered final sale and non refundable. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the items as soon as your order arrives. Any discrepancy with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Use our contact page or call us if you should have any questions.
