Return Policy

At My Shoe Connection, we are committed to quality and great service. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Return any unused shoes or handbags purchased from us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (less our shipping costs), if you are not 100% satisfied. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order or your package is undeliverable, then it will fall under our standard return policy and roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged item or an item that is not in 100% perfect condition, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement pair to be shipped out right away at no cost to you. You will also receive a return label for the damaged item to be shipped back.

If you return a damaged item without first contacting us within 24 hours of receipt, we cannot process a refund for this item and it will be shipped back to you.

We only sell 1st quality merchandise, meaning everything is brand new directly from the manufacturer. If you receive an item with any manufacturer defect, contact us immediately and we will replace the items no questions asked. My Shoe Connection can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. We will also take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items due to defect at our ground shipping rates only.

Dresses

• If your product is defective please contact us within 24 hours of received goods at:   215-550-4726
• All items must be placed in their original packaging to prevent further damages
• Include a copy of your shipping invoice 
• If your box is delivered damaged you will need to file a claim with the carrier and not My Shoe Connection
• We do not accept any COD packages
• When shipping your items back we recommend delivery confirmation and insurance.
• My Shoe Connection is not responsible for lost packages or damages on returns
  

Special Order gowns that you order are made for you. An order Cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is processed. 

Shoes, Handbags, and Jewelry

Sale Items and Clearance Items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

 Returns Accepted within 15 Days of receipt:

• Secure your merchandise in the original packaging,  and enclose a copy of your original purchase order.
• If you cannot find your purchase order then please put your full contact information including your phone number inside the shoe box.
• My Shoe Connection is not responsible for the shipping cost of an item returned to us due to a size or color issue. 
• Any item that is dyed or worn will not be refunded and is considered a final sale.            
• Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.     
• Wild DNA and Wild Diva returns will be charged a 5.00 restocking fee in addition to ground shipping charges if applicable.                                                                  

 Exchanges:

• If you need to exchage shoes, please place a new order and send back your original pair.  Your original order will be refunded according to our refund policy.
• The original pair must first be returned and inspected for defect before a refund will be processed. 
• We will charge a standard ground shipping fee to ship the exchanged product.

My Shoe Connection is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being undeliverable. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Damaged merchandise will be refunded to the originating credit card.

All custom made or dyed shoes are considered final sale and non refundable. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the items as soon as your order arrives. Any discrepancy with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Use our contact page or call us if you should have any questions.

**We reserve the right to amend or modify these policies including the price of items and/or the cost of shipping without prior notification.**
